Sarah Winchester Talks About Her Real Housewives Start, Feud with Heather Dubrow

Wetpaint.com:
If you’re wondering where the heck Sarah Winchester came from on Real Housewives of Orange County, you’re not alone. There’ve been a lot of conflicting rumors and reports about how Sarah got on the show, so who better to clear it up than herself?

Speaking to Cinderella’s Glass Closet, Sarah says that she was originally invited to become a full-on cast member for RHoOC thanks to her relationship with Peggy Tanous, Gretchen Rossi, Alexis Bellino, and others, but that she declined the opportunity to become more than just “a friend of the Housewives” so as to keep her son off-screen. “I was not ready for that,” she admitted.

She probably also wasn’t ready for the big feud she and Heather Dubrow have entered into thanks to the Cake War that began on Season 7, Episode 19 and has since moved to Twitter.

However, she’s totally game for talking about the rivalry.

“Heather, Terry, and I used to get along very well,” she said. “However, at one point we shared a mutual acquaintance. All I can say is: ‘If people really knew what happened between closed doors’ they would be very surprised.” Wow, way to leave us hanging Sarah!
